Do you take a commission?

No. Porat is a flat monthly fee: 0% on every booking. The only per-transaction cost is your own Stripe card fee, which goes to Stripe, not to us.

Do we have to leave Booking.com?

No. Keep every channel you have. Porat simply adds your own commission-free channel alongside them; you stay in full control of your availability.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. Every property runs on its own isolated EU database; your guest list is yours and can be exported at any time.

Will I get double bookings?

No. A booking on your site closes those dates immediately, and with your channel manager connected (Rentlio), availability syncs two-way with Booking.com and the rest — a direct stay can never collide with an OTA one.

How do guests pay?

By card through your own Stripe account, or reserve-now-pay-at-property; you choose per rate plan. Deposits run through your own Stripe as well.
